Database maintenance is scheduled for 9/22/2021 9:00am and will be down for approximately 20 minutes. No data will be lost during this time. All active alarm notifications will resume once the system is fully restored.

This incident affected: Web Services (AlarmAgent Server Health, AlarmAgent Web Site Health, AlarmAgent Reports, AlarmAgent.Info), Alarm Notification Services (AlarmAgent Email Health, AlarmAgent SMS Health, AlarmAgent Voice System Health), and Wireless Communication Services (AlarmAgent LTE Cellular Data Health, RTU Firmware v5+ Data Processing).
