We’re aware that some devices are currently experiencing a temporary communication outage following the recent Daylight Savings Time change. During this period, alarm notifications and data updates may be briefly interrupted.

What You Can Do

Immediate Fix:
Power cycling your RTU will restore communication right away.

Automatic Recovery:
If no action is taken, affected devices will automatically reconnect within about 25 hours as part of their normal daily sync.

How to Check if Your Device Is Affected

If your RTU shows a Watchdog Alarm, it is affected.

If your RTU’s last communication time is after 10:30 UTC, it is operating normally.

If you’re unsure, try polling the unit or wait until the next scheduled update to confirm.
